🍭 THE PRODUCT & THE GAME
Q: Do I really receive ice cream at home? A: Nooo! 😅 GelaPop is an ice cream-themed unboxing experience. The "flavors" you see in our videos are acrylic charms that we use for the lucky scoop. At home, you will receive a GelaPop Box filled with REAL products like stationery, accessories, bags, and kawaii gadgets. No food, so no risk of melting!
Q: How exactly does the "Scoop" work? A: It’s super simple: You order a quantity of Scoops (1, 2, or 3). We fish a random mix of kawaii charms from our magic tub. Every charm corresponds to a REAL product. Example: if we scoop the "Blue Bear" charm, we pack the "Blue Bear Gel Pen" in your box. It’s a treasure hunt!
Q: Can I choose the products or colors I get? A: No, and that’s the best part! GelaPop is a Blind Box Experience. It’s all based on luck and the thrill of discovering what you won only when you open the package. If you love picking every specific detail, this shop might not be for you; if you love surprises, you’ll adore it! 💖
Q: What’s inside the boxes? A: You will find a selection of Kawaii items: handbags, tote bags, water bottles, stationery sets, pens, hair scrunchies, beauty pouches, pocket mirrors, and much more. You can see the full list in the product description!
Q: Are the items suitable for children? A: Most of our items are perfect for girls and boys of all ages! However, we do not recommend them for children under 3 years old as the charms and some small items could be a choking hazard.

 

📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: I saw my order on TikTok! Is it really mine? A: If you left your order number in the comments during a live stream or if we tagged you in a "Packing Order" video, yes! We film many orders, but we can't film everyone because there are so many of you. If you don't see a video, don't worry: your package is being prepared with the same amount of love! ✨
Q: How long does it take to get my package? A: Every order is scooped by hand. We need 2-4 business days to prepare your magic box. Once shipped, delivery times are:
  • Italy: 2-4 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of World (USA, Asia, etc.): 7-15 business days
Q: Can I change my order after paying? A: We try to be super fast! If you entered the wrong address or want to add something, please contact us via our Contact Page within 1 hour of placing the order. If the package has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
💔 ISSUES & RETURNS
Q: I found a duplicate item in my order, can I exchange it? A: Since it is a random scoop, duplicates can happen (especially if you order many Scoops!). It’s part of the luck of the draw! Unfortunately, we cannot exchange duplicates. Tip: Swap them with friends or use them for a matchy-matchy gift! 👯♀️
Q: An item arrived broken or damaged. A: We are so sorry! 🥺 Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by sending a photo of the broken item and your order number. We will solve the problem by sending a replacement or a refund.
Q: Can I return the box if I don't like the products? A: No. Since these are Mystery Boxes, purchasing means accepting the surprise. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or personal taste.
💳 PAYMENTS
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.
Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery? A: No, currently we do not accept Cash on Delivery.
