1. Order Preparation ("The Scooping Phase") 🍨
Since GelaPop is a personalized experience, every order is packed with special care.

Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 2-4 business days for our team to perform your lucky scoop, match the real products, pack your box with love, and hand it over to the courier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
2. Estimated Shipping Times 🚚
Once the package is with the courier, estimated delivery times are:

🇮🇹 Italy: 2-4 business days.

🇪🇺 Europe: 4-7 business days.

🌎 Rest of the World (USA, Asia, Africa, UK): 7-15 business days.
Please note: These are estimates provided by carriers and do not include delays caused by holidays, strikes, or customs clearance.
3. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders) 🌍
For shipments outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland), packages may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country.

These charges are NOT covered by GelaPop and are the full responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.
4. Return Policy (The Blind Box Rule) 🎁
GelaPop is an experience based on surprise and fun. By purchasing a "Scoop", you embrace the thrill of receiving random kawaii items.
Due to the nature of our products (Mystery Box/Blind Box):

⛔ We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "personal taste". If the prize you scooped isn't your favorite, that’s part of the game! (Tip: it makes a perfect gift for a friend!).

⛔ We cannot exchange opened products.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items ⚠️
Your happiness is our priority. While our quality checks are strict, mistakes can happen. If you receive a visibly damaged item or if there is an error with your order:

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or a refund depending on the case.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have the package, or if it seems stuck in transit, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the courier.
